We're seeking a strategic and driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager in Berlin, Munich, or remotely within Germany to lead our product and customer marketing efforts and play a vital role in advancing our mission.
Your Mission - Be the champion of our product’s voice and the customer’s journey, creating seamless, value-driven, and impactful customer experiences across every stage of the lifecycle.
Your Role - As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to build cohesive product and customer marketing strategies that drive engagement, advocacy, and growth. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will ensure that Carbmee’s solutions are precisely positioned and articulated, that our customers are continuously engaged and delighted, and that Carbmee becomes a recognized leader in the decarbonization industry.

Your tasks
Product Marketing and Messaging
Develop and drive the messaging and positioning for new product releases, including communication strategies, launch planning, and customer education
Work closely with Product and Sales to build compelling narratives that communicate Carbmee’s value and competitive edge to customers and the industry
Partner with analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to position Carbmee as a market leader in carbon management and decarbonization
Translate product value into sharply ICP-targeted GTM campaigns and enable performance marketing and field marketing to leverage a unique voice multichannel
Sales Enablement and Campaigns
Create targeted sales enablement materials, including product guides, case studies, customer testimonials, and onboarding content for Sales and SDR teams that align with go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth
Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new Sales and SDR hires, including materials that familiarize them with Carbmee’s offerings, customer personas, market positioning, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with Field Marketing to plan and execute impactful customer expansion campaigns and personalized “surprise and delight” initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty
Customer Expansion and Education
Support the rollout of Carbmee Academy by developing educational content and resources that empower our customers to make the most of Carbmee’s solutions
Drive the evolution of our Customer Advisory Board and Decarbonization Council to foster strong, engaged communities around Carbmee’s mission
Partner with the Customer Success team to map and enhance the customer journey, ensuring clear, cohesive messaging and strong engagement touchpoints
Serve as the bridge between Marketing and Product, ensuring customer feedback is communicated internally to drive relevant product enhancements
Your profile
Extensive experience in either Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Product Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in developing GTM strategies, crafting impactful messaging for complex solutions, and conducting effective market research
Strong communication skills and a talent for simplifying complex concepts for customers and stakeholders
Comfortable engaging with customers directly, and open to occasional business travel to build relationships and gain insights
Fluency in English, German knowledge is a plus
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage tasks and projects individually
Positive, open-minded, and creative personality with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitude
A supportive team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment
You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision
You work well in diverse, hybrid teams and you are excited to join our international team either in Berlin, Munich, or remotely in Germany
