• Partner with customers to co-develop solutions that address their most pressing needs, fostering close collaboration from concept to implementation

• Shape development of new products and features, focusing on compliance and supplier collaboration tools

• Being a topic owner, impacting product vision, goals, and roadmaps while ensuring alignment with customer and market requirements

• Your role will be cross-functional between teams - You will work with Product, Customer Success and other teams to ensure that all stakeholders understand and benefit from your topic

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, as well as policymakers, to stay ahead of industry trends and regulations

• Utilize analytics and customer insights to prioritize initiatives and measure the impact of features on business KPIs and OKRs

• University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field with a focus on sustainability or compliance

• Familiarity with regulations like CBAM, CSRD, SBTi  or expertise in supplier collaboration and sustainability frameworks is highly desirable

• Experience engaging with customers and translating their needs into actionable product strategies

• Fluency in German and English to engage with our customers and their suppliers

• Confident in working within environments involving regulatory and policy frameworks

• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

• Experience managing the product lifecycle in a B2B software or SaaS environment, with a solid understanding of software development processes is a plus

• A supportive team player, with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitude, capable of working in the rapidly changing start-up environment
