• Providing frontline support via email and ticketing systems to resolve technical issues promptly

• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network-related problems, escalating complex issues to the engineering team when necessary

• Helping the product team to sort reported issues out: refine bug tickets, remove duplicates, classify improvements 

• Maintaining detailed logs of all interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system

• Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing potential issues

• Collaborating with our engineering, product and customer success teams to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction

• A solid understanding of basic IT concepts, including hardware, software and networking

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with a focus on delivering clear and concise instructions

• Familiarity with common tools like Windows/Mac operating systems, MS Office Suite, and ticketing systems

• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and the ability to think critically under pressure

• A supportive team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment

• You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and climate tech in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision

• You are excited to join our diverse and international team in Berlin or work remotely in alignment with Germany’s time zone
