Your role - We are seeking a motivated and tenacious junior professional to join our visionary, fast-moving Supplier Engagement Team as a Supplier Engagement Intern either in our Munich or Berlin office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier engagement and training, while working with an international supplier base. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and the development of resources that strengthen supplier relationships. Overall, this position provides the potential to become an integral member of our Supplier Engagement Team.

Type: Paid Voluntary Full-time Internship (40 hours/week) or Working Student Contract (20 hours/week)
Duration: at least 5-6 months with the opportunity to renew the contract

Your profile
You are currently enrolled in a German university or you just completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
You have excellent professional communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) & English and you are confident using it in a business context
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Excel and analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
A proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in supplier management and process optimization
Interested in the field of sustainability and measuring Scope 3 emissions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
You work well in diverse, hybrid teams and you are excited to join our international either in Munich or Berlin
