• Own the end-to-end deployment of Carbmee’s platform for new customers - from data onboarding to live system delivery.

• Engage directly with customer teams (technical and business) to understand their ERP and emission data structures, map requirements, and design scalable integration flows.

• Project manage your deployments, keeping stakeholders aligned, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Transform and prepare data for integration, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Carbmee’s data model.

• Develop scripts, tools, and automation to streamline implementation and enhance efficiency across projects (Python, SQL, or similar).

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical challenges on the fly - from data model mismatches to workflow blockers.

• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams to feed deployment learnings back into the product, ensuring continuous improvement of the Carbmee platform.
  
  

As a Deployment Engineer, your work directly shapes how customers realize value from Carbmee’s platform.
 You will:

• Accelerate customers’ time-to-value by ensuring fast, reliable deployments.

• Enable data-driven decarbonization by connecting critical ERP and emission datasets into actionable insights.

• Translate complex technical tasks into measurable business outcomes, with the help of our expert teams - ensuring every deployment drives adoption, efficiency, and sustainability impact.

• Build trust with stakeholders by delivering transparent, predictable, and high-quality results.

You are the bridge between technology and business value - ensuring every implementation not only works, but truly matters.

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, solution delivery, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or consulting environments.

• Strong technical foundation - comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, and hands-on scripting (Python, SQL).

• Understanding of ERP systems (esp. SAP) and how enterprise data structures connect to business processes.

• Proven ability to lead technical deployments, manage stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions to real customer problems.

• Excellent communication skills - you can bridge the gap between technical and business audiences.

• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
