Intro
Your tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and ensure partner and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement a partner program that serves as the foundation for a scalable and sustainable partner ecosystem
- Monitor CRM (Salesforce) metrics, forecast sales activity and analyze data to improve pipeline efficiency
- End-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closing
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, and enablement to expansion, ensuring maximum revenue generation
- Act as the key interface between carbmee and its partners, executing Go-to-Market strategies, integrating product roadmaps, and aligning business objectives
- Design and implement co-sell, resell, and referral models, including partner business plans, to drive revenue impact
- Continuously monitor and analyze partner performance, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner success
Your profile
- Proven track record in building, developing, and managing key partners in the B2B SaaS industry with a strong revenue impact
- Experience in managing partner performance through effective partner marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and pipeline management
- Deep understanding of industry and market trends, reseller ecosystems, partner business models, and economics
- Ability to identify new business opportunities through channel partners and drive partner engagement strategies
- Self-starter with the ability to create structures where needed and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners
- Fluent in English and German language
