Sitting within our Operations team, you are simultaneously a trusted advisor to hiring managers, a steward of candidate experience, and the face of carbmee's employer brand to the world's best talent. We are looking for someone who brings both rigor and creativity - who can build scalable processes without losing the human touch, and who is as comfortable analyzing funnel metrics as they are running a compelling final-round interview.
