Account Executive - North America
Intro
North America is our biggest growth opportunity, and we need a hunter to own it.
Your tasks
Pipeline generation: prospect and qualify your own leads across North America's most emissions-intensive industries. You define the targets, you open the doors.
Full-cycle enterprise sales: own deals from first outreach through to signed contract. You manage discovery, multi-stakeholder processes, negotiation, and close.
Subject matter credibility: show up as a genuine sustainability and supply chain SME in front of procurement leads, CFOs, and sustainability directors. In a complex, technical space, trust is everything.
Customer onboarding: support new customers through their first steps to ensure early success and lay the groundwork for long-term retention and expansion.
Market intelligence: bring what you learn in the field back to Marketing and Product: regulatory shifts, competitor movements, and prospect pain points that sharpen the roadmap.
Your profile
Enterprise B2B sales experience: you've closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals and you know what a long sales cycle feels like from both ends. You build your own pipeline, not dependent on inbound.
Strong connections and fluency in the North American market: you understand how enterprise buying decisions are made in the US and/or Canada.
Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, supply chain, or industrial sectors: you can speak credibly to procurement directors and CFOs about why carbon data is a business-critical issue, not just a compliance box.
Comfort operating in a startup environment: you don't wait for a playbook, you build one.
Based in Germany (Munich or Berlin) but willing to travel to North America for events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Fluent English: additional languages a bonus.
