Finance
Assist with monthly close, cash flow updates, and account reconciliations
Support AP/AR, invoicing, expense management, and payroll coordination
Contribute to management reporting, investor updates, and board materials
Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
Operations & HR
Help plan and run OKR cycles, operating rhythms, and broader planning routines
Act as a cross-functional coordination point, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery across teams
Support people operations:
Onboarding, offboarding, and basic HR administration
Support with talent acquisition and operations
Assist with culture initiatives, events and internal communications
Assist with office operations, internal tools, IT asset tracking, and internal policy upkeep
0–2 years in finance, operations, controlling, consulting, or related internships
Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals is a strong advantage
Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving
Fast learner with the ability to break down new challenges quickly
Strong commercial intuition and ability to think strategically
Confident with Excel/Sheets and Slides/PowerPoint (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
